An Indonesian student, Nadine Ardiani Chairunisa, who studies Marketing Communication at Amity University, eagerly awaited his arrival since 5pm. Accompanied by Demas Fadel Anggara, they described the experience as both exciting and nerve-wracking due to delays. Other Indonesians present, such as Rajendra, Marvell, and Adyatama, expressed gratitude for Prabowo personally shaking hands with them upon arrival. They are hopeful for a successful working visit in India and a promising future under Prabowo’s leadership.

Prabowo’s visit to India not only marks a new chapter in bilateral relations but also commemorates the 75th anniversary of diplomatic cooperation between Indonesia and India. Prior to leaving Jakarta, Prabowo expressed pride in being invited as the chief guest at India’s 76th Republic Day celebrations, considering it a great honor for Indonesia. He emphasized the participation of Indonesian TNI troops in the event, showcasing the strong ties between the two nations. The visit also includes planned meetings with Indian President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss enhancing cooperation on various strategic issues.
